Symbol mark grid system / minimum space regulation
The grid system is a mapping standard intended to maintain the consistency in the image of the symbol mark. It is used by expanding and reducing the script stored in the CD-ROM in direct proportion to prevent misuse or alteration. However, if computer output is impossible, the script should be drawn accurately in accordance with the grid system of the symbol mark.
The minimum space regulation defines the sphere of the symbol mark's minimum space to prevent cases in which image recognition of the symbol mark is hampered or distorted due to failure to deliver the symbol mark properly around the surrounding environment. The area within the space must not be infringed upon by any element or graphic. (The illustration below is the proportionality regulation.)
